Thalipeeth
1/4 th cup wheat flour
1/4 th cup jowar flour
1/4 th cup besan flour
1/4 th cup rice flour
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp corriander powder
1 chopped onion
1 chilli chopped with corriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Method:

3. Roast on skillet with minimum oil
