Jowar is good source of calcium,fiber and protein.When included in our daily diet,it helps in weight loss too.Instant jowar dosa is a healthy,quick and tasty dosa to make.Dosa making technique is similar to that of neerdosa or Instant oats dosa.This can be a very handy breakfast recipe for working women and busy young mothers.
Ingredients:
Jowar flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 1/2 cup
Salt – to taste
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Onion,finely chopped – 3 tbsp
Green chilli,finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves,finely chopped – 3 tbsp
oil – or making dosa

Method:
- In a mixing bowl,add all the above mentioned ingredients except oil.
- Add required quantity of water,mix well and make it a thin batter.The batter consistency should be watery,similar to that of Neerdosa.
- Spread oil on hot tawa and spread the batter thin.
- Roast on one side and fold dosa in middle before transferring onto a plate.
- Serve jowar dosas with coconut chutney.
